精神分裂症患者血清同型半胱氨酸水平与疾病严重程度的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的通过测定精神分裂症患者血清同型半胱氨酸(homocysteine,Hcy)水平,比较精神分裂症患者与正常人群Hcy浓度的差异,分析Hcy浓度与精神分裂症严重程度的相关性。方法分别采集健康对照组静脉血和精神分裂症患者病例组的静脉血,用循环酶法测定血清Hcy含量,用阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)对精神分裂症的严重程度进行评分,用统计学软件SPSS13.0对检测结果进行统计分析,比较健康对照组与精神分裂症病例组血清Hcy浓度,分析精神分裂症Hcy浓度与疾病严重程度的相关性。结果精神分裂症病例组患者血清Hcy平均浓度为(17.93±13.53)μmol/L,显著高于对照组(11.65±4.40)μmol/L,与PANSS评分的相关系数为0.374(P<0.05)。精神分裂症患者血清Hcy浓度与PANSS评分呈正相关。结论精神分裂症患者血清Hcy水平高于正常对照组,且Hcy浓度与疾病的严重程度呈正相关。Objective By measuring the levels of serum homocysteine （homocysteine, Hcy） in patients with schizophrenia, the differences of Hcy concentrations between patients with schizophrenia and normal population were compared. The correlation between Hcy concentration and the severity of schizophrenia was analyzed. Methods Venous blood was collected from healthy control group. The serum Hcy level was determined by cyclic enzymatic method. The severity of schizophrenia was evaluated by using the method of positive and negative symptom scale （PANSS）. The results were statistically analyzed by statistical software SPSS13.0. The serum Hcy concentrations were compared between healthy control group and schizophrenia. Results The average concentration of Hcy in patients with schizophrenia was （17.93±13.53） mol/L, significantly higher than that of the control group （11.65±4.40） mol/L, and the correlation coefficient was 0.374 （P〈0.05）. Serum Hcy concentration was positively correlated with PANSS score in patients with schizophrenia. Conclusions Serum levels of Hcy in patients with schizophrenia were higher than thai： in normal control group, and the concentration of Hcy was positively correlated with the severity of the disease.
