摘　　要：目的探讨Toll样受体4（TLR4）基因Asp299Gly多态性与脑膜炎球菌病易感性的关系。方法检索Pubmed,Cohrance,Embase,CNKI,维普,万方等数据平台从建库截止到2015年12月31日的文献,搜寻符合纳入和排除条件的随机对照研究,Rev Man5.0.0软件进行Meta分析。结果共纳入4篇文献,样本总量3 707例,其中研究组1 681例,对照组2 026例。Meta分析未见TLR4基因Asp299Gly多态性与脑膜炎球菌病易感性相关（等位基因A vs G∶OR=1.01,95%CI=0.84-1.23,P=0.89;基因型AA/AG vs GG∶OR=1.05,95%CI=0.55-2.02,P=0.87;基因型AA vs AG/GG∶OR=1.01,95%CI=0.82-1.24,P=0.95）。结论未见TLR4基因Asp299Gly多态性与脑膜炎球菌病易感性相关。Objective To investigate the association between TLR4 Asp299 Gly polymorphism and meningococcal disease. Methods Pubmed,Embase,Cohrance,CNKI,VIP,Wanfang Database were searched to get related literature of clinical controlled trials. Meta-analysis was conducted by Rev Man 5. 0. 0 software. Results Four case-control studies with 1681 patients and 2026 healthy controls were included. Meta-analysis showed that there was no significant correlation between TLR4 Asp299 Gly polymorphism and meningococcal disease（ allele A vs G∶ OR = 1. 01,95% CI = 0. 84 - 1. 23,P = 0. 89; AA / AG vs GG∶ OR = 1. 05,95% CI = 0. 55 - 2. 02,P = 0. 87; AA vs AG / GG∶ OR = 1. 01,95% CI = 0. 82 - 1. 24,P = 0. 95）. Conclusion No significant correlation between TLR4 Asp299 Gly polymorphism and meningococcal disease was found in the meta-analysis.
