盐酸川芎嗪联合脑蛋白水解物对急性脑梗死神经功能缺损的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 评价盐酸川芎嗪联合应用脑蛋白水解物对急性脑梗死患者神经功能缺损的改善效果。方法 对我院2014年5月至2015年5月住院的符合条件的急性脑梗死患者76例,随机分成两组,治疗组38例,对照组38例。治疗组给予注射用盐酸川芎嗪120 mg加入5%葡萄糖注射液或0.9%氯化钠注射液250 mL中,缓慢静滴,1日1次。同时给与注射用脑蛋白水解物60~180 mg加入0.9%氯化钠注射液250 mL中,缓慢静滴,1日1次。对照组给予注射用盐酸川芎嗪120 mg加入5%葡萄糖注射液或0.9%氯化钠注射液250 mL中,缓慢静滴,1日1次。两组疗程均为14 d。结果 两组急性脑梗死患者治疗后均有明显改善,而治疗组的神经功能缺损评分明显优于对照组。结论 盐酸川芎嗪联合脑蛋白水解物对急性脑梗死后神经功能缺损的疗效优于盐酸川芎嗪。Objective To evaluate the improved effect of Ligustrazine hydrochloride combined with Cerebroprotein Hydrolysate on Neurologic Impairment of acute cerebral infarction. Methods 76 cases of eligibility hospitalized patients with acute cerebral infarction from May 2014 to May 2015 in our hospital, were divided into two groups, treatment group 38 examples and control group 38 examples. The treatment group was treated with Ligustrazine hydrochloride for injection 120 mg, added into5% Glucose injection（250 mL） or 0.9% Sodium Chloride injection（250 mL）, intravenous drip, once a day. At the same time, treatment group was treated with Cerebroprotein Hydrolysate for injection 60-180 mg, added into 0.9% Sodium Chloride injection（250 mL）, intravenous drip,once a day. The control group was treated with Ligustrazine hydrochloride for injection 120 rag, added into 5% Glucose injection（250 mL） or 0.9% Sodium Chloride injection（250 mL）, intravenous drip, once a day. All for 14 days. Result After treatment, the two groups of patients with acute cerebral infarction were significantly improved, and the nerve function impairment score of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group. Conclusion The effect of Ligustrazine hydrochloride combined with Cerebroprotein Hydrolysate on Neurologic Impairment of acute cerebral infarction is better than that of Ligustrazine hydrochloride.
