摘　　要：目的:实现电子病历(EMR)首次病程记录中的自动语义标注,得到所需的字段、句子、诊状有无的判断等抽取信息。方法:利用文本工程通用框架(GATE)的应用实例组件ANNIE。结果:信息抽取的结果符合预期要求,具有较好的实用性。结论:GATE系统可以协助医生在EMR大段文章中快速获取信息,来辅助他们的诊断。Objective： To realize the automatic semantic annotation of electronic medical records （EMR） for the first time in the course of disease history, and get the field, sentence and the .judgment of the information extraction. Methods： The application instance component （ANNIE） of GATE in the text engineering as an implement. Results： Information extraction results in line with the expected requirements. Conclusion： GATE system can help doctors to quickly get information in the EMR article, to assist them in the diagnosis.
