摘  要:目的:探讨乳腺癌组织中基质金属蛋白酶-2(matrix metalloproteinase-2,MMP-2)的表达及微血管密度(microvessel density,MVD)与乳腺癌生物学特性的相关性。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法检测62例乳腺癌组织中MMP-2和MVD(CD34)表达。结果:淋转组MMP-2的阳性表达率(74%)、表达强度及MVD值(48.05±13.49)明显高于非淋转组(P<0.05);MVD值在MMP-2不同表达中存在差异;MMP-2的表达和MVD的含量在不同乳腺癌TNM分期中存在差异。结论:MMP-2可通过促进降解细胞外基质、促进乳腺癌新生血管形成而促进乳腺癌的进展,MMP-2及MVD在乳腺癌发展及转移中可能发挥重要作用。Objective:To investigate the relationship between matrix metalloproteinase-2( MMP-2) expression,microvessel density( MVD) and the biologi-cal property in breast carcinoma.Methods:Immunohistochemistry was used to detect MMP-2 expression and MVD in the breast cancer tissues obtained from 62 patients.Results:Patients with lymph node metastasis had significantly higher positive rate of MMP-2(74%) and MVD(48.05±13.49) than those with-out lymph node involvement(P〈0.05).MVD value varied to a certain extent in diverse MMP-2 expression,and MMP-2 expression and MVD content were distinct in patients with diverse TNM staging for breast cancer .Conclusion:MMP-2 may promote the progression of breast cancer through hastening the degradation of extracellular matrix and accelerating neovascularization ,suggesting that MMP-2 and MVD play critical part in the development and lymph node metastasis of breast carcinoma.
