摘 要:目的:探讨造血干细胞移植( HSCT)术后早期感染的临床特点。方法:回顾性分析2012年4月~2015年10月我院收治的28例各种类型造血干细胞移植病例早期感染的发生和治疗情况。结果:28例患者在移植早期27例(96.4%)发生了不同程度的感染,发生中位时间6.9 d。异基因造血干细胞移植(Allo-HSCT)与自体造血干细胞移植(Auto-HSCT)发生感染率无显著差别,重症感染率差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论:HSCT后早期感染发生率高,临床尤其要注重Allo-HSCT后早期感染的预防、鉴别和治疗。Objective:To investigate the ward infection features in patients in the early stage following hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT). Methods:The incidences and management strategies were reviewed in 28 cases complicated with ward infections in the early stage after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation between April 2012 and October 2015.Results:Infections occurred in 27 of 28 cases(96.4%) following transplantation.The median time for infection was 6.9 days(mean:10.8 d).The infection was not significantly different in patients received Allo-HSCT or Auto-HSCT,yet was signifi-cant in cases with severe infection(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Infection is a major complication in early stage following HSCT,and patients received Allo-HSCT may be complicated with severe infection,which requires special attention,identification and timely management.
