摘　　要：本文从知识产权人才培养与社会需求、人才培养梯级模式等方面进行具体阐述,分析现有知识产权人才培养模式的优势与劣势,并以南京理工大学知识产权人才培养创新型模式为例,探讨我国高校知识产权人才培养模式的创新与发展。This paper specifically illustrates IP talent cultivation, social needs, and cascade cultivation modes. It also analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of current IP talent cultivation modes. Taking innovative cultivation modes at Nanjing University of Science and Technology as a case in point, it probes into the innovative development modes of university IP talent cultivation patterns.
