优先战略视阈下大学生就业指导内涵研究

摘　　要：大学生就业面临毕业生的数量不断增加而就业岗位整体减少的严峻形势,本文阐述了开展大学生就业指导的现实意义,分析了当前大学生就业指导存在的问题,从正确定位工作目标、及时转变工作观念和科学评价工作成效三个方面提出了工作对策和建议,提出要实施就业优先战略,以保证大学生充分就业、高质量就业。College students are constantly faced up with shrinking job vacancies and expansion of graduate population. This paper illustrates the realistic significance of career guidance for college students and analyses existing problems in this regard. Relevant advices and measures cover three respects, namely, correct goal - setting, transformation of guiding principles and scientific work evaluation. In addition, this paper puts forward the concept of employment priority strategy, so as to guarantee adequate and high - quality employment of college students.
