地方高校艺术设计类专业人才培养模式创新初探——以安康学院为例

摘　　要：进入"十一五"以后,地方高校尤其是新建地方高校纷纷设立艺术设计类专业,虽然专业规模扩张很快,但是由于人才培养模式单一,尚难以满足艺术类人才市场的需求。安康学院艺术设计类专业近年来通过人才培养模式创新实践,在提高艺术设计类专业人才培养质量和专业竞争力等方面做了一些有益的探索,提供了一些可供借鉴的经验。After the period of the 11th Five-Year Plan, art design programs have been founded in many local universities, especially in some newly-buih universities. However, those programs have hardly met the needs of culture market, owning to high-speed of expansion and simpleness of training model. In Ankang University, there are some valuable experiences in art design program, in which the inno- vation concerning educational model is a helpful exploration in terms of talents nurturing model and their competitiveness, and such expe- riences can be reference for the concerned universities.
