The Influence of EM Bacterium Agent on the Growth and the Substances of Osmotic Adjustment of Zoysiagrass matralla under Lead Stress

摘  要:为了研究EM菌剂对重金属铅胁迫下沟叶结缕草生长和渗透调节物质的影响,通过盆栽试验,研究了喷施200倍、500倍、1 000倍3个浓度EM菌剂对沟叶结缕草生长的影响。分别测定株高、叶绿素含量、可溶性糖含量、脯氨酸含量、可溶性蛋白质含量等指标。结果表明,喷施EM菌剂可促进重金属铅胁迫下沟叶结缕草生长,提高叶绿素含量,改善叶色,显著提高可溶性糖含量、脯氨酸含量、可溶性蛋白等渗透调节物质的积累,增强抗性,喷施效果以200倍EM菌剂处理最佳。In order to explor the influence of EM bacterium agent on the growth and the substances of osmotic adjustment of Zoysiagrass matralla under Pb stress, the growth responses of Zoysiagrass matralla were evaluated in a pot experiment with three different concentrations of EM(200 times,500 times, 1 000 times) . It measured Plant height, chlorophyll content, soluble sugar content, proline content, soluble protein content . Result showed the substances of soluble sugar content, proline content, soluble protein content and other osmotic adjustment substances of Zoysiagrass matralla increased very significantly with the application of the foliar-spraying of EM concentration. Henced the growth , increased chlorophyll content, while improved the leaves colour, resistance was enhanced in the end under lead stress. Among them, the effect of spraying 200 times EM was the best .
