摘　　要：人类胚胎作为人类生命的早期阶段和潜在形态,是介于人与物之间的特殊存在,具有发展成人类个体的潜在价值,承载着延续家庭血缘的基本身份利益,寄托着亲属的深厚情感和中华民族特有的文化价值。人类胚胎作为人的潜在生命形式可以分享人的一部分尊严。人类胚胎的尊严是人的生命尊严在时间上的适当延伸,在量上低于人的尊严且随着距离出生的近远而增减。尊重和保护人类胚胎就是尊重和保护人自己。在实践中应禁止非法买卖人类胚胎、抑制人工流产的随意性、合理利用科研和医疗中的胚胎。Human embryos,as the earliest stage of human life and potential form,are a special existence between human beings and objects,which have potential value for the development of adult individuals,bearing the basic identity of interests of the continuation of family kinship,entrusted with the deep feelings of relatives and unique Chinese cultural values. Human embryos,as the potential forms of human life,share part of human dignity. The dignity shared by human embryo is an appropriate extension of time,and it is believed to be less important than the dignity of human beings. Its significance decreases or increases with the growth of an individual ever since one＇s birth. The respect for and protection of human embryos is to respect and protect ourselves.We should prohibit the illegal sale of human embryos,restrict inhibition of abortion at random,and use embryos rationally in scientific researches and medical treatment.
