护理专业中医护理方向课程设置的研究

摘　　要：[目的]调查临床护理专家对专科护理专业中医护理方向课程设置的评价。[方法]通过个别访谈法对临床护理专家进行访谈。[结果]护理专家积极性和权威程度高,意见协调程度好,专家注重对护士的核心能力、实践性、人文素养及中医护理特色的培养。[结论]形成的课程体系有利于护理专业中医护理方向人才的培养。Objective：To investigate the evaluation of clinical nursing experts on the curriculum setting of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM）nursing direction in nursing specialty.Methods：The clinical nursing experts were interviewed through individual interview method.Results：The level of enthusiasm and authority of nursing experts were high,and the degree of opinion coordination was good.Experts paid attention to the cultivation of core competency,practice,humanities quality and the TCM nursing characteristics for the nurses.Conclusion：The established curriculum system was helpful for the cultivation of nursing students in TCM nursing direction.
