摘  要:为了对沥青混合料级配颗粒均匀度进行定量评价,基于彩色数字图像处理技术准确提取集料颗粒,引入颗粒平均粒度与均匀度指标,结合彩色数字图像处理方法,对5种最大粒径为16 mm的沥青混合料级配分别采用中位直径和频率直径来评定沥青混合料级配的均匀性。研究结果表明:基于彩色数字图像处理技术的级配颗粒均匀度评价方法避免了大颗粒被判断为小颗粒的缺陷,保证全部粗集料颗粒均被有效提取,采用中位直径与频率直径进行级配均匀性评价,其准确度较高,同时发现,AM-16类级配较SMA-16级配偏粗,但其粒度均匀性小于AK-16级配。粒度均匀性指标可以较好评价级配的均匀程度,可为级配颗粒均匀性评价提供一种有效的定量评价依据。In order to make a quantitative evaluation on the uniformity of asphalt mixture grading particle,the color digital image technology was adopted to extract the aggregate particle accurately.The indexes such as average particle size and uniformity degree were introduced and combined with the color digital image processing method,and the median diameter and frequency diameter wereused to assess the grading uniformity of five kinds of asphalt mixture with a maximum particle diameter of 16 mm respectively. The results show that large particles are avoided to be judged as small particles using the color digital image processing technology,which ensures that all coarse aggregate can be extracted effectively. When the median diameter and frequency diameter are used to assess the grading uniformity,the accuracy is higher than that of others method. In addition,it was found that the gradation of AM-16 is coarser than that of SMA-16,while the grading uniformity of SMA-16 is less than that of AK-16. The gradation uniformity degree can be better assessed using the average particle size index. An effective quantitative evaluation standard for the evaluation of grading particle uniformity is provided.
