摘　　要：大庆精神的产生和发展必然受到中华优秀传统文化的滋养和支撑,是中华优秀传统文化人格理论和价值尺度的反应和写照。大庆精神"国家利益至上"的价值取向、"科学求实"的实践态度、"主人翁"精神的担当意识、"挚爱大众"的道德人格特质,受到中国传统文化尤其是儒家文化中"重义轻利"的道德境界、重公轻私的价值原则、经世致用的实践特质、知行合一的实践原则、顺乎民意的价值理想、为民谋生的价值取向等优秀人文精神的哺育滋养,体现了中华民族在社会主义建设时期的特征和价值取向。The emergence and development of the spirit of Daqing is bound by the excellent Chinese traditional culture nourish and support, is the Chinese excellent traditional culture of personality theory and measure of val-ue and value orientation. The reaction portrayal of the spirit of Daqing 11 national interest first 11,11 scientific and realistic＂ practice 11 attitude,sense of play master＂ spirit. ＂ The love of the public＂ moral personality,by China Confucian culture in ＂justice＂ moral realm, the value principles of public private light, the practice characteris-tics, combination of theory and practice principle, value ideal wishes for the people to make a living, the value orientation of the humanistic spirit of excellent nursing Nourishing, reflecting the characteristics and value orien-tation of the Chinese nation in the period of socialist construction.
