江苏盐城沿海滩涂湿地生态系统服务价值评估

摘　　要：在对盐城沿海滩涂湿地进行实地调查的基础上,运用经济学原理对该区域湿地生态服务进行了货币价值评估。结果表明:2010年盐城沿海滩涂湿地生态系统服务的总价值为801.71亿元。其中,调节服务价值最大,为591.66亿元,占总价值73.8%;其次是供给服务价值,为163.7亿元,占总价值的20.42%;支持服务价值和文化服务价值分别为34.42亿元和11.93亿元,比例分别为4.29%和1.49%。这表明盐城滩涂湿地生态系统服务价值在江苏经济发展中起着重要的作用。在今后的沿海湿地规划和管理中,要注意平衡发展各项生态服务,实现沿海滩涂湿地生态系统在经济、社会和生态价值各方面效益最大化,从而能促进区域经济和生态环境的可持续发展。The coastal mudflat wetland in Yancheng,Jiangsu Province provides many important ecosystem services. Based on the results of remote sensing image interpretation and field investigation,the currency value of ecosystem service was as -sessed by the theory of ecological economy. The results showed that the total value of the ecological services of coastal mud- flat in Yancheng,Jiangsu was 80. 17 billion Yuan RMB in 2010. The regulating service value of the wetland was the grea- test （59. 17 billion Yuan RMB） ,accounting for 73. 8% of the total value. The provisioning service was evalued as 16. 37 billion Yuan RMB,accounting for 20. 42% of the total value. The value of supporting service and cultural service were 3. 44 billion Yuan RMB and 1. 193 billion Yuan RMB,respectively. The ecological services of coastal mudflat wetland in Yancheng play an important role in the development of the regional economy. Therefore, the development of each ecosystem service in the future should be balanced ,in order to achieve the maximization of social,ecological and economic benefits of coastal mudflat ecosystem and make the sustainable development of the economy and ecological environment.
