摘  要:《黄帝内经》的形神共养养生理论包括形神共养的生理观、形神共养的脏腑观及形神共养的疾病观。形神共养理论不仅注重形体调养,而且还注重精神调摄,其秉承道家崇尚淡味,追求本味的养身方法,体现出贵身、敬德、养神的养生思想,通过顺应自然、和于阴阳、保养精气、导引吐纳等达到"无为而无不为"的养生境界。散在于《黄帝内经》各篇章的形体调养和精神调摄在生理和病理中相互影响,相互作用。The theory of cultivation of both body and spirit in Huangdi's Canon of Medicine includes physiological view, viscera view and disease view, which not only emphasizes cultivating body, but also regulating spirit. It advocates Taoism's idea of pursing mild or natural taste, reflects life-cultivation thought of valuing body,respecting virtues and regulating spirit, By conforming to na- ture, harmonizing yin and yang, maintaining essence, Daoyin, exhalation and inhalation, etc, the realm of life cultivation of "A wise inaction smoothes the way for efficient actions" can be reached, The contents about cultivating body and regulating spirit scattered in Huangdi's Canon of Medicine can influence and interact each other in physiology and pathology.
