失败学习与制造企业服务化协同机理研究:社会资本的影响

摘　　要：制造企业服务化过程中可能遭遇失败,总结失败经验有助于服务化。失败学习与服务化是制造企业提高绩效的两个重要途径,如何提高失败学习效率,促使服务化迈向成功,成为亟待解决的问题。通过分析服务化与失败学习两者间关系,发现失败学习是服务化的先决条件,为服务化提供知识网络,服务化为失败学习丰富知识来源,提供学习方向,两者通过社会资本相互促进,形成双螺旋联动发展模式。以中国长安汽车集团股份有限公司为例,具体阐释了失败学习与服务化的联动机理。Manufacturing enterprises may encounter failures in the process of implementing servitization,and learning relevant experience of failure can help enterprises to promote servitization.Failure learning and servitization are the two important ways to improve the manufacturing enterprise＇s performance.How to prove the efficiency of failure learning and promote the success of servitization is the problem demanding prompt solution.Failure learning is a prerequisite of servitization,and provides a knowledge network.Servitization riches source of knowledge and provides direction for failure learning.This paper constructs the model of double helix based on social capital,then takes case analysis to interpret the linkage mechanism between failure learning and servitization.
