摘　　要：目的探讨合并人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)感染的宫颈癌患者外周血Th1/Th2细胞因子表达水平及临床意义,为临床治疗提供参考依据。方法自2013年1月-2014年1月前瞻性收集50例合并HPV感染的宫颈癌患者作为研究组,同期选择50例HPV感染而无宫颈疾病的患者作为对照组,比较两组患者外周血T细胞亚群及其细胞因子,分析合并HPV感染的宫颈癌患者病死率与T细胞亚群、细胞因子的关联性。结果与对照组比较,研究组患者CD4^+T细胞水平、CD4^+/CD8^+比值显著降低(P<0.05);IL-2、IL-25、IL-27水平显著降低(P<0.05);IL-10、IL-35水平显著增高(P<0.05)。结论合并HPV感染的宫颈癌患者存在一定程度的免疫抑制,与宫颈癌的发生及发展有关。OBJECTIVE To investigate the expression and clinical significance of Th1/Th2 cell of peripheral blood in patients with cervical cancer associated with HPV infection,so as to provide references for clinical treatment.METHODS From Jan.2013 to Jan.2014,50 cases of cervical cancer patients with HPV infection were prospectively collected as study group,50 patients with HPV infection and no cervical cancer were collected as control group.The peripheral blood T cell subsets and cytokines were compared between the two groups.The association between mortality and T cell subsets,cytokines in patients with cervical cancer associated with HPV infection was simultaneous analyzed.RESULTS Compared with control group,the level of CD4~＋T cell and the ratio of CD4~＋/CD8~＋of patients in study group were decreased significantly（P0.05）,IL-2,IL-25 and IL-27 levels were significantly decreased（P0.05）,and IL-10 and IL-35 levels were increased significantly（P0.05）.CONCLUSION There is a certain degree of immune suppression in patients with cervical cancer associated with HPV infection,which is related to the occurrence and development of cervical cancer.
