摘 要:目的了解登封市2013年小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌生物学特性及宿主分布特征。方法用传统培养方法分离小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌,并进行生化鉴定、血清分型和毒力基因PCR检测。结果 2013年采集标本共1 138份,分离出小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌169株,总检出率为14.85%;其中猪标本检出率高达36.55%(114/394);生物型3型占86.39%(146/169),均为O∶3血清型;毒力基因ail^+、yst A^+、yad A^+、vir F^+占81.06%(137/169),ail^+、yst A^+占5.33%(9/169),yst B^+占12.43%(21/169),ail-、yst A-、yst B-、yad A-、vir F-占1.18%(2/169)。结论猪是小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌的优势宿主;小肠结肠炎耶尔森菌的血清型以O∶3型为主。ObjectiveTo investigate the biological characteristics and host distribution of Yersinia enterocolitica inDengfeng, 2013.Methods Yersinia enterocoliticawere isolated by tradition culture method. These bacteria were analyzedby the systematic biochemistry, serotype, and PCR detection methods.ResultsThere were 1 138 samples collected in2013. The isolation rate of Y. enterocolitica was 14.85%(169/1 138), the isolation rate of swine was 36.55%(144/394). Intotal, 146(86.39%), were classified into biology type 3 and O∶3. The toxicity gene distribution characters were as follow:81.06%(137/169)of them were ail^+, yst A^+, yad A^+, vir F^+, 5.33%(9/169)were ail^+, yst A^+, 12.43%(21/169)wereyst B^+, 1.18%(2/169) were ail^-, yst A^-, yst B^-, yad A^-, vir F^-.ConclusionSwine were important host as pathogenicY. enterocolitica. O∶3 was the major serotype.
