外向型产业集群与跨境电子商务融合发展的模式 困境与对策研究

摘　　要：指出外向型产业集群与跨境电子商务融合发展存在渗透型、交叉型和重组型三种模式,两者融合发展时在企业家重视程度、运营模式、集群技术、供应链企业协作等方面存在困境,最后从开展企业家跨境电商培训、转变出口模式、发展以客户为中心的集群技术、提升集群供应链企业协作能力四个角度提出了对策。This paper points out that the integration of export - oriented industrial cluster and the cross - border e - commerce take the form of penetration, cross fusion and recombinant. And the integration has met difficulties in the degree of attention, operation mode, cluster technology, supply chain collaboration. The paper proposed that some measures should be taken in the cross - border E - commerce development , the export model, the development of customer centered cluster technology and the collaboration capabilities of cluster supply chain.
