摘 要:利用DEA-Malmquist指数法对1990-2012年我国28个省份农业TFP的时空演变以及收敛性进行了分析,研究表明:考察期内我国农业TFP的年均增长率为3.1%,对农林牧渔总产值年均增长率的贡献达到了54.010%,技术进步是我国农业整体TFP增长的主要源泉;从区域来看,各区域农业TFP增长以及对农林牧渔总产值年均增长率的贡献度都存在显著差异,技术进步促进了区域农业TFP的增长,而技术效率产生了负面作用;从收敛性来看,全国以及各区域农业TFP都存在δ收敛、绝对β收敛和条件β收敛。This article studies spatial- temporal differences and convergence of agricultural total factor productivity of 28 provinces in China from 1990 to 2012 by using DEA- Malmquist Index. The main results are: annual growth rate of agricultural TFP is 3. 1% in China,and it contributes to the annual average growth rate of GDP of agriculture,forestry,animal husbandry and fisheries is 54. 010%. Technological progress is the main reason of the growth of agricultural TFP. From the aspect of region,the growth rates of agricultural TFP and contributions in different regions have significant differences. Technological progress has positive influence on the growth of regional agricultural TFP,meanwhile technological efficiency has negative influence on the growth. From the aspect of convergence,agricultural TFP of the whole country and all provinces exist δ convergence,absolute β convergence and conditionalβ convergence.
