摘 要:目的:研究自主学习型临床护理带教模式在提高护理实习生护理程序运用能力和整体护理能力的效果。方法:将符合纳入标准的120名护理实习生随机分为观察组和对照组各60名,分别用自主学习型和传统型2种临床带教模式带教,实习结束进行2种带教模式效果比较。结果:观察组护理实习生在实习综合能力、出科整体护理考核、带教老师对实习生的表现评价和护理实习生自我评价等方面的得分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:自主学习型带教模式对提高护理实习生的综合能力和整体护理能力,提高带教质量,具有积极的促进作用,值得在临床护理带教中推广应用。[ Objective ] To study the Clinical Nursing Teaching Mode of Autonomous I.eaming on improving nursing students' a- bility of using nursing procedure and holistic nursing. [Method] 120 nursing students were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 60 nursing students in each, with two different clinical teaching modes, respectively and to compare teaching effects on the end of the internship. [ Result] The nursing students' comprehensive ability and holistic nursing assessment, the performance evaluated by both clinical teacher and nursing students themselves were statistically significant( P 〈 0.05). [ Conclusion] The autonomous learning mode improved the quality of clinical teaching and results, and was worthy of being popularized and applied in clinical nursing teaching.
