摘 要:文章基于社会认知视角,分析了创业自我效能感、创业结果期待、创业意向、创业兴趣和创业目标之间的关系,探究了影响这些变量的创业个体因素、创业经验因素和环境因素,研究了创业实践经验、社会认知对学生创业动机和创业认同感的影响;并在此基础上,构建了创业教育实践理论框架,重点分析了基于自我效能感的创业教育实践机制和基于结果期待的创业教育实践机制,据此提出了创业教育范式,以期增强学生创业的社会认知、提高学生创业自我效能感和创业结果期待,进而实现创业教育目标。Based on social cognitive theory, this paper analyzes the relationship between entrepreneurial self-efficacy, entrepreneurial outcome expectation, entrepreneurial intention, entrepreneurial interest and entrepreneurial goal, as well as the impact of entrepreneurial individual factors, entrepreneurial experience factors and environmental factors on these variables, explores the impact of social cognition of entrepreneurial experience on student's entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurial identity; And on this basis, to build the theoretical framework of the entrepreneurship education, emphatically analyzes the entrepreneurship education based on self-efficacy and outcome expectation, accordingly to put forward the paradigm of entrepreneurship education, so as to strengthen students" social cognition and improve students" entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial outcome expectation, realizes the goal of entrepreneurship education.
