摘  要:目的为了解孕前妇女营养现状,对湖南省妇幼保健院行孕前检查的部分女性进行营养相关性指标检测。方法选取在湖南省妇幼保健院妇女保健科进行孕前检查的妇女578例为研究对象,对血常规、空腹血糖、血脂、血清矿物质等部分营养相关性指标进行检测。结果空腹血糖5.6 mmol/L以上的比例为38.23%,血清甘油三酯高的比例为9.34%,血清总胆固醇高的比例为36.50%,血清同型半胱氨酸高的比例为5.01%,血清钙缺乏的比例为44.46%,血清铁缺乏的比例为7.61%,血清锌缺乏的比例为3.63%。结论对于计划妊娠的育龄妇女,妊娠前及时调整饮食结构达到全面均衡的营养对孕期营养储备十分重要。Objective To understand nutritional status of prepregnant women,detect nutritional related indexes in partial women receiving prenatal examination in the hospital. Methods A total of 578 women receiving prenatal examination in Department of Health Care in the hospital were selected as study objects,blood indexes,fasting plasma glucose,blood lipids,serum levels of minerals and other nutrients were detected. Results The proportion of cases with fasting glucose level above 5. 6 mmol / L was 38. 23%,the proportion of cases with high blood triglyceride was 9. 34%,the proportion of cases with hypercholesterolemia was 36. 50%; the ratio of high serum homocysteine was5. 01%. The incidence rates of serum calcium deficiency,iron deficiency,and zinc deficiency were 44. 46%,7. 61%,and 3. 63%,respectively. Conclusion Timely adjusting dietary structure before pregnancy and achieving comprehensive and balanced nutrition are very important for women of childbearing age who plan to get pregnancy.
