摘 要:介绍了温拌再生混合料AC13的设计步骤和设计方法,以Evotherm温拌剂和自制的界面分散剂为添加剂,采用水煮法和冻融劈裂试验方法系统研究了界面分散剂用量对温拌再生混合料水稳性和黏附性的影响,分析了界面作用下RAP中旧沥青膜与旧集料的形态变化,并确定了其合理用量。结果表明,随着界面分散剂用量增大,温拌再生混合料冻融前后的劈裂强度和TSR值发生了较显著变化;当界面分散剂用量为RAP的0.2%时,温拌再生混合料的TSR值和冻融前后的劈裂强度均较高,表明此时温拌再生沥青混合料具有优异的水稳性,过量的界面分散剂对温拌再生混合料的水稳性有一定负面影响;旧集料通过界面作用,实现了与旧沥青膜的剥离并与新沥青胶结料的二次裹覆。The design procedure and design method of warm mixing regeneration mixture AC13 are introduced in the paper. The water stability of warm mixing regeneration mixture is studied systematically with Evotherm warm mixing agent and self-prepared interface dispersant, the form change of old asphalt membrane and old aggregate in RAP is analyzed based on interface effect, and the optimum interface dispersant dosage is determined on this base. Results show that: with the interface dispersant dosage rising, the TSR and splitting strength frozen-thawed before and after of warm mixing regeneration mixture occur significant change; when the interface dispersant dosage reaches 0.2% (based on RAP), both the TSR and splitting strength frozen-thawed before and after of warm mixing regeneration mixture are high, which verifies the excellent water stability of warm mixing regeneration mixture; superfluous interface dispersant has negative effect on the water stability of warm mixing regeneration mixture. The exfoliation between old asphalt membrane and old aggregate and the secondary coat are realized by interface effect.
