摘　　要：3D食品打印是指利用3D打印技术将原料按照"逐层打印,堆叠成型"的原理来生产食品。3D食品打印技术具有方便、灵活、个性化等特点,对于传统的食品加工以及人们的生活方式正产生着巨大的影响。回顾了3D食品打印技术的发展历程,系统地介绍了3D食品打印技术的软、硬件原理以及在甜点、肉制品和航空制品中的应用情况,指出了3D食品打印存在的问题并提出了相应解决方案,引导3D食品打印技术健康快速发展。The 3D food printing refers tousing 3D printing technology to produce food products in accordance with the ＂printing step by step, stack molding＂. The 3D food printing technology is convenient, flexible and personalized, so it has a huge impact on traditional food processing and people＇s way of life. Review 3D food printing technology＇s developing history; Besides, systematically introduce 3D food printing technology＇s software, hardware principle and applications in chocolate, meat products, and aviation products field; What＇s more, point out the problems existing in the 3D food printing and put forward the corresponding solutions. Aim at guiding the 3D food printing technology to develop healthily and fast.
