摘 要:目的:探讨血管瘤患儿血清及尿液血管生长素(ANG)水平的变化,为血管瘤临床分期提供参考。方法:选择2011年1月至2014年12月在福建医科大学第一附属医院儿科门诊就诊的血管瘤和血管畸形患儿66例,其中增生期血管瘤24例(增生期组),消退期血管瘤28例(消退期组),血管畸形患儿14例(血管畸形组)。另选取同期本院健康体检的36例婴幼儿作为正常对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法检测各组血清及尿液ANG、血管内皮细胞生长因子(VEGF)以及碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)水平。结果:增生期组患儿血清及尿液ANG水平显著高于消退期组、血管畸形组及正常对照组(均P<0.01)。消退期组患儿血清及尿液ANG水平分别与血管畸形组、正常对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。增生期组、消退期组和血管畸形组患儿血清及尿液VEGF、bFGF水平与正常对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论:增生期血管瘤患儿的血清及尿液中ANG水平明显高于消退期血管瘤和血管畸形患儿,但在消退期血管瘤和血管畸形患儿中则无显著变化,ANG水平可作为临床上血管瘤分期的参考依据。Objective:To observe the relationship between serum and urinary angiogenin (ANG) levels and clinical stage in hemangioma infants. Methods: 52 cases of hemangioma infants (24 proliferative phase and 28 involutional phase) and 14 cases of vascular malformation infants and 36 healthy control subjects were enrolled in this study. The levels of ANG, vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) in the serum and urine were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results. The serum and urinary ANG levels of hemangioma infants in proliferative phase were the highest ( P 〈0.01), but there were no significant differences among the involutional phase infants, vascular malformation infants and healthy controls (P 〉0.05). There were no significant differences among groups with regard to the levels of VEGF and bFGF in serum and urine. Conclusion: The serum and urinary ANG levels of hemangioma infants in proliferative phase was higher than those in the involutional phase and vascular malformation infants, whereas no significant difference between the involutional phase hemangioma and vascular malformation infants. The serum and urinary ANG levels might provide important evidence for clinical stage diagnosis of hemangioma.
