摘　　要：顶岗实习是高职人才培养必不可少的教学环节,建立科学有效的顶岗实习质量评价体系,对于保证实习质量,提升人才培养水平具有重要意义。本文从高职顶岗实习效果评价现状入手,分析了运用模糊综合评价法对高职生顶岗实习效果进行评价的可行性,并阐述了采用模糊综合评价法对顶岗实习效果进行评价的方法和步骤。Internship is an essential part for vocational college personnel training, and the establishment of an efficient evaluation system of internship effects is critical for the high quality of intemship and for the improvement of personnel training level. Based on the current internship evaluation effects, this paper analyzes the feasibility of the evaluation to stu- dents＇ internship effects with the fuzzy synthesized evaluation method, and states the methods and steps to evaluate the in- ternship effects with the fuzzy synthesized evaluation method.
