协同创新背景下地方本科院校应用型人才培养思考

摘　　要：地方本科院校作为高教体系中的重要组成部分,已经成为我国高等教育阵营的主力军,是建设创新型国家的重要人才培养基地,将人才培养目标定位于应用型人才培养已经成为共识。在协同创新背景下,加强应用型创新人才培养是地方本科院校发展的关键。在学科专业结构、课程体系设置、教学体系构建、师资队伍建设等方面突出应用性,紧密依托行业、企业,加强产学研相结合的办学模式,大力推进合作育人,这是地方本科院校在协同创新背景下培养应用型人才的必由之路和根本选择。Local undergraduate colleges and universities as an important part of higher education system, which has become the main force of Chinese higher education campaign, and they were also important talent training base for constructing innovative country. The ap- plied talents training target has become a consensus. Under the background of collaborative innovation, to strength the applied innovative talents training was the critical point for local undergraduate colleges and universities development. The distinction of applied should be fully reflected in all aspects including disciplines distribution, curriculum system construction, teaching system construction and faculty building. In addition, to depend on industry and enterprises closely, to strengthen the combination of enterprise-university-research mode and to promote cooperation education vigorously, which was the only way and ultimate choice to training applied talent for local under- graduate colleges and universities under the background of collaborative innovation.
