摘　　要：英国小说家康拉德的作品《黑暗的心》探讨了在没有文明和道德的约束下"文明人"的内心世界,被认为是英国文学史上第一部真正意义上的现实主义小说。通过《黑暗的心》中黑与白、沉沦与救赎、理想与虚无等几组对立面出发对小说进行二元对立的剖析,更深层次地揭示小说中所富含的人性与文明价值的意蕴。British novelist Conrad＇s Heart of Darkness is regarded as the first realistic novel in the history of English literature, which dis- cusses the inner world of the civilized people in the absence of civilization and moral constraints. Through the analysis of black and white, destruction and redemption, the ideal and nothingness in the novel from the perspective of binary oppositions, it aims to further reveal the value of humanity and civilization implicated in the novel.
