摘　　要：面对我国日趋严重的就业难问题,国家提出了"以创业带动就业"的口号,鼓励大学生积极创业。在地方高校转型发展背景下,加强大学生创业能力协同培养机制的建设显得尤为重要。基于此,本文拟从大学生创业能力协同培养机制的重要意义出发,分析当前地方高校大学生创业能力协同培养机制的现状,探讨地方高校转型发展背景下大学生创业能力协同培养机制的建设。In the face of increasingly serious employment problems in China, the country puts forward the slogan of ＂entrepreneurship to promote employment＂ and encourages college students to start a business. Under the background of the transformation and development of local colleges and universities, it is particularly important to strengthen the construction of the cooperative training mechanism of en- trepreneurial ability of college students. Based on this, this paper starts from the significance of training students＇ entrepreneurial ability coordination mechanism, analyses of the current college students＇ entrepreneurial ability training cooperation mechanism of the present situation, discusses the construction of cooperative cultivation mechanism of College Students＇ entrepreneurial ability of Local Universities under the background of transformation and development.
