摘  要:目的采用组织化学染色方法显示大鼠膈神经及肌皮神经起始部的运动神经纤维轴突数,为膈神经移位修复肌皮神经,重建屈肘功能提供依据。方法验采用10只SD大鼠,从膈神经及肌皮神经起始部,切取1cm后用ACHE(改良Karnovsky-Roots法)染色,通过电镜及图像分析仪检测运动神经轴突数量。结果大鼠膈神经运动神经纤维轴突数为226±42,肌皮神经运动神经轴突数为159±38根。结论大鼠膈神经轴突数量稍多于肌皮神经,后者轴突数量约为前者的3/4左右,理论上可以切取膈神经3/4神经组织移位于肌皮神经重建后者的屈肘功能。Objective To explore the number of motor fiber axons of the phrenic nerve and the proximal part of the musculocutaneous nerve in rats by histochemical method and to provide a theoretical basis for the reconstruction of elbow flexion by transferring phrenic nerve to musculocutaneous nerve. Methods Phrenic nerve and the proximal part of musculocutaneous nerve of 10 SD rats were dissected under 10 times microscopy. About 1 centimeter of each tissue was cut and AchE histochemically stained with modified Karnovsky - Roots method. The number of motor fiber axons was detected by electron microscope and image analyzer. Results There were 226 +42 motor fiber axons in the phrenic nerve and 159 + 38 motor fiber axons in the proximal part of the musculocutaneous nerve in rats. Conclusion The number of motor fiber axons of the phrenie nerve was slightly more than those of the museulocutaneous nerve in rats, roughly three - quarters. It can be proposed that transferring three - quarters length phrenic nerve to the musculocutaneous nerve was proper for the reconstruction of elbow flexion.
