摘　　要：城市轨道交通建设投资成本高、运营收支难以平衡,这是我国城市轨道交通企业普遍面临的问题。通过对国内外盈利能力较强的城市轨道交通企业的运营收益情况进行调查和分析,并与国内正在成长中的城市轨道交通企业的运营收益情况进行对比,从兼营业务、收益情况等方面总结其运营收益特点及启示,有助于我国正处于快速发展阶段的城市轨道交通走上可持续发展的道路。Most urban rail transit companies in China face higher investment and unbalanced revenue in urban rail transit construction and daily operation. By investigating in and analyzing the operating revenue of well-managed urban rail transit companies in main Chinese and foreign cities, which is also compared with the revenues of the rising urban rail transit companies in China, the business scopes and operating modes for the development of urban rail transit companies are summarized, aiming to find a road of sustainable development for the rapid growth of urban rail transit in China.
