摘  要:甘油酯化是高酸值油脂降酸值的有效方法。以地沟油为原料进行甘油酯化反应,考察了反应温度、甘油用量对甘油酯化反应的影响,并将甘油酯化后的地沟油与甲醇进行酯交换反应,回收粗甘油纯化后重新用于甘油酯化反应,考察了回收甘油的利用效果。结果表明,甘油酯化过程的最佳工艺条件为反应温度240℃,搅拌速率500 r/min,甘油与脂肪酸摩尔比1.1∶1,反应时间3 h。在最佳条件下,地沟油酸值(KOH)可降至0.5 mg/g以下,纯化后的甘油重复利用效果与新鲜甘油相当。Glycerol esterification was an effective method to reduce the acid value of high - acid value oil. Waste oil was used as raw material for the glycerol esterification. The effects of reaction temperature and dosage of glycerol on glycerol esterification process were investigated. In addition, the crude glycerol after transesterification of glycerol esterified waste oil and methanol was purified and reused in the glycerol esterification. The results showed that the optimal glycerol esterification process was obtained as follows: reaction temperature 240℃, stirring speed 500 r/min, molar ratio of glycerol to fatty acid 1.1 : 1, and reaction time 3 h. Under these conditions, the acid value of waste oil reduced to below 0.5 mgKOH/g. The performance of purified glycerol was comparable to fresh glycerol.
