摘  要:针对分布式控制系统电涌保护器设计的问题,通过对分布式控制系统信号特征的理论分析,采用理论与实验相结合的方法,并设计了电涌保护电路。实验得出:随着雷电组合波发生器冲击电压的升高,气体放电管及TVS两端的残压呈上升趋势,冲击电压增大到一定值后,残压呈现稳定趋势;气体放电管的通流呈均匀线性上升趋势;在冲击电压保持不变的情况下,气体放电管的导通时间与直流击穿电压呈正比例关系、与退耦电感值及TVS的击穿电压值呈反比例关系;传输特性实测表明:插入损耗为0.45 d B,对信号传输的影响较小。提出了分布式控制系统电涌保护器的设计方法,在分布式控制系统雷电防护方面具有一定的参考价值。The design of surge protective device (SPD) of distributed control system (DCS) is discussed, signal character of DCS is analyzed theoretically, based on theories and experiments, the circuit of SPD is designed. The results show that the residual voltages of gas discharge tube and transient voltage suppressor (TVS) tend to rise with the increasing of impulse voltages of lightning combination wave generator, and the residual voltage has little change when the impulse voltage increases to a certain value; The through-flow of gas discharge tube is linear increase equably; The conduction time of gas discharge tube is proportional to DC breakdown voltage and is inversely proportional to decoupling inductance and breakdown voltage of TVS with the constant impulse current. Test of transmission character shows that the influence to transmitting message is less when the insertion loss is 0.45dB. The design method of DCS SPD is proposed, which has a certain reference value for the lightning protection of DCS.
