翼状胬肉头部至角膜中心的距离与角膜屈光的关系

摘  要:目的利用角膜地形图测量翼状胬肉头部至角膜中心的距离与胬肉术前术后角膜屈光变化的关系。方法对76例(76眼)全部为鼻侧翼状胬肉术前术后(3-12个月)使用角膜地形图进行检测,并进行统计学分析。结果角膜地形图检查平均散光,翼头至角膜中心的距离≤1mm术前为3.98D,≤2mm3.81D,≤3mm2.52D,≤4mml.41D,≤5mmO.68D,术前平均散光(4.66±3.02)D,术后散光(3.04±2.12)D,表明术后较术前散光减少,差异有显著统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论此测量方法更能准确地反映出翼状胬肉对角膜屈光的影响,说明翼头距角膜中心越近,影响越大。Objective Using corneal topography to measure the relationship between the distance from the top of pterygium to the center of the cornea (PC) and corneal refractive change before and after the pterygium surgery. Methods We used the corneal topography to examine and did the statistical analysis to 76 cases (76 eyes ) before and after the pterygium surgery on the nasal side (3-12 months). Results Average astigmatism was examined by corneal topography, PC before the surgery≤ 1 mm,3.98 D, ≤2 mm, 3.81 D≤3 mm, 2.52 D, ≤4 mm, 1.41 D≤5 mm, 0.68 D, the average pre-surgery astigmatism (4.66±3.02 D), the average post-surgery astigmatism (3.04±2.12 D).This illustrated, the astigmatism decreased after the surgery and there was statistical significance apparently. Conclusion This method can reflect the impacts of pterygium on corneal refractive more correctly, with the nearer PC exerting the greater influence.
