摘 要:机会主义行为是影响和制约集群企业群际协同创新的主要因素之一。构建两集群企业在合作创新过程中行为选择的博弈模型,分析进化均衡及其稳定性,探讨消除机会主义行为、促进合作创新的有效途径。研究表明:选择实力相当的合作伙伴,进行地位对等的合作对协同创新的成功最有利;企业在合作创新过程中应注重核心知识的保护,以降低合作伙伴进行机会主义行为的可能收益;完善惩罚机制可以有效促进实质协同。Opportunistic behavior is one of the main factors that influence and restrict the cluster enterprises expand inter-re- gional collaborative innovation. In this paper, an evolutionary game model of behavior choice is established in trans-regional collaborative innovation among enterprises in industrial clusters, of which the evolutionary equilibrium and its stability are analyzed, followed by the discussion of effective approaches to reduce opportunistic behavior and promote cooperative innovation. The results shows that:Selecting the partners with equivalent strength and equal cooperation footing is most fawra-ble;Strong knowledge protection is useful in decreasing the expected return by opportunism;Punishment meehanism are the effective ways to implement synergetic innovation.
