摘 要:电梯行业作为特种设备行业,缺少现场实时信息的获取能力,员工、用户、物业管理者之间沟通效率低下,现场维保服务管控不力,维保信息化管理水平急需提高。对于电梯企业,服务型收入逐渐成为电梯市场收入的重要组成部分^([1])。在工业服务领域,移动应用的起步较晚。针对上述现状,文章提出电梯移动维保服务系统解决方案,阐述了系统体系架构和流程,为电梯企业在移动维保领域提供了借鉴。As the special equipment industry, elevator industry lacks the ability to 'obtain real-time information on site. The Communication between employees, customers and property managers is inefficient. The control of on-site maintenance service is poor. The Information management abilities need to be improved. For elevator maintenance companies, service revenue has become an important part of the elevator market revenue [ 11. In the field of industrial services,the mobile applications started late. According to the situation above, this paper proposes a mobile elevator maintenance service system solution, and describes the system architecture and process which can be a reference for the elevator companies in the mobile maintenance field.
