摘　　要：随着我国乳腺癌的发病率逐年增高,对乳腺癌进行预防干预显得尤为重要。使用自然或人工合成的化学药物可以干预乳腺癌发生、发展的过程,达到预防乳腺癌的目的。本文通过回顾乳腺癌药物预防相关的临床试验,对该领域研究新进展进行综述。The development of optimal strategies for breast cancer prevention is necessary given the high incidence in China. Several prospective randomized clinical trials have investigated the effects of various pharmacologic agents on the incidence of invasive and noninvasive breast cancer. This review aimed to summarize the different approaches to reduce the incidence of breast cancer.
