摘 要:以生物质废弃物柚子皮为主要原料,通过在柚子皮粉中加入FeCl_3进行改性,将该改性产物用于吸附去除废水中的Cr^(6+)。该改性柚子皮的制备条件为柚子皮粉∶FeCl_3质量比为100∶1,常温下加水混合均匀,在(85±2)℃条件下烘24 h后粉碎。当水中Cr^(6+)离子浓度为5 mg·L^(-1),pH值为6.3,吸附剂投加量为3 g·L^(-1),吸附反应温度为10℃的条件下,吸附反应1 h后达到平衡,吸附效率为97%以上。该吸附反应符合Langmuir等温方程,反应主要机理包括物理吸附、化学吸附、络合作用、絮凝作用、共沉淀作用等。研究表明,该改性吸附材料可自动调节废水pH值,成本低廉,操作简单,效果好,无二次污染,适合处理低浓度含铬废水,有利于生物质废弃物的资源化利用。Pomelo peel,which is a type of biomass waste,was modified with FeCl_3 by combining powdered pomelo peel and FeCl_3 at a mass ratio of 100∶ 1 respectively,mixing this combination with water,and then drying the resulting solution at( 85 ± 2) ℃ for 24 hours. This modified product was used to adsorb hexavalent chromium from wastewater. When the hexavalent chromium concentration was 5 mg·L^-1,the pH was 6. 3,the adsorbent dosage was 3 g·L^-1,and the adsorption reaction temperature was 10 ℃ in the wastewater,the adsorption time was 1 hour for balance with an adsorption efficiency of more than 97%. The reaction mechanism of this adsorption reaction,which is accessible conforms to the Langmuir isothermal equation,included physical adsorption,chemical adsorption,complexation,flocculation,and precipitation. This research shows that the FeCl_3-modified pomelo peel adjusted the wastewater pH automatically. Use of the modified pomelo peel did not create secondary pollution and was low cost,easily operated,highly efficient,and suitable to use when disposing of wastewater with a low chromium concentration. These positive characteristics support the resource utilization of this biomass waste.
