孵化资源影响高层次人才创业绩效机理研究——来自江苏省苏南地区的实证

摘　　要：为研究高层次人才入孵动机对创业绩效的作用机理,从资源基础视角出发,以江苏省苏南地区50家国家级孵化器引进的378个高层次人才创业企业为样本,使用结构方程模型进行分析,结果显示:孵化资源支持通过影响高层次人才入孵动机的实现进而影响其创业绩效。受科技镇长团推荐和引导的高层次人才入孵企业,入孵动机的实现对孵化器基础资源支持、政策资源支持、密集知识支持、开放网络支持及其创业绩效具有更为明显的中介作用。研究结论对于孵化器创新创业生态系统塑造和高层次人才引进决策具有重要意义。To study the effect of incubation motivation＇s realization on the entrepreneurship performance of high level talents, this paper focusing on the study of the 378 high level talents＂ startup businesses whose leaders are introduced by 50 national incubator in the south of J iangsu province which from the perspective of incubator resource support, and uses the structural equation model in analysis,the result indicates that the incubator resource support significantly influences the high level talents＂ entrepreneur- ship performance through the incubation motivation＇s realization. It also indicates that the recommendation and guidance of science and technology mayor group can dramatically improve the mediating relationships of incubation motivation＇s realiza- tion that among the incubator＇s base support, policy support, intensive knowledge resource support, open network resource support and the high level talents＂ entrepreneurship performance. The papaer has theoretical and practical significance for the incubator to shape the innovative entrepreneurial ecosystem and introduce high level talents.
