乳腺X线检查质量控制对乳腺癌的诊断影响

摘　　要：目的探讨乳腺X线检查质量控制对乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法选择行乳腺X线检查的乳腺癌患者83例作为研究对象,按照是否进行质量控制将其分为观察组45例及对照组38例。对两组患者乳腺X线检查结果与病理结果的诊断符合率进行分析与比较。结果观察组诊断符合率为91.11%,对照组诊断符合率为73.68%,观察组诊断符合率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组内各年龄段诊断符合率比较无显著差异,组间比较亦无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者T3+T4期诊断符合率均显著高于T1+T2期(P<0.05)。观察组各个病理分期诊断符合率均高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者淋巴结转移情况诊断符合率为73.33%,显著高于对照组(50.00%)(P<0.05)。观察组非甲级片产生率为4.44%,明显低于对照组(15.79%)(P<0.05)。结论乳腺X线检查质量控制对于提高乳腺癌诊断准确率具有积极的意义,值得临床广泛开展。Objective To explore the clinical value of quality control for mammography in the diagnosis of breast cancer. Methods 83 breast cancer patients underwent mammography were retrospectively analyzed and divided into the observation group with 45 cases and the control group with 38 cases according to control quality or not. The diagnostic coincidence rate be- tween mammography and pathology result of the 2 groups was observed and compared. Results The diagnostic coincidence rate of the observation group was 91.11% , which was obviously higher than the control group ,73.68%, with statistically significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The diagnostic coincidence rate of patients with different ages of the 2 groups had no statistically significance （ P 〉 0.05 ）. And coincidence rate of T3 ＋ T4 stage was higher than T1 ＋ T2 stage（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The coincidence rate of different patho- logical stages of the observation group were higher than the control group hut without statistically significance （P 〉 0.05 ）. The coincidence rate of lymph metastasis of the observation group was 73.33%, which was obviously higher than the control group 50.00% ,with statistically significance（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The non-first film rate of the observation group was 4.44%, which was obvi- ously lower than the control group 15.79%, with statistically significance（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Quality control for mammog- raphy has positive sense in improving the accuracy rate for breast cancer diagnosis ,which is worthy of clinical application.
