摘　　要：目的:了解医务人员宽恕心理的状况及特点,探索医务人员宽恕水平与其心理健康的关系,为缓解医患关系、提高医务人员心理健康水平提出相关对策。方法:应用宽恕水平、宽恕态度和心理健康积极和消极两方面的相关问卷,对409名医生、护士和其他医务人员的宽恕心理和心理健康水平进行调查。结果:在宽恕水平上,医务人员不存在统计性别差异;在宽恕态度上,女性医务人员显著高于男性;工作年限10-15年和20年以上的医务人员比10年以下的医务人员的报复水平高;儿科医务人员的报复水平显著高于内科、妇科和其他科室;宽恕各变量与心理健康积极和消极两方面的变量都存在不同程度的相关性。结论:医务人员的宽恕心理有其自身的职业特点,并且与其心理健康显著相关,基于宽恕的视角可以从多个层面采取预防措施降低医患紧张水平,保障医务人员心理健康。To study the medical staffs＇ psychological status of forgiveness, explore the relationship between forgiveness and mental health of medical staffs, and put forward suggestions. Methods 409 cases of medical staffs were surveyed with questionnaires on forgiveness and mental health. Results For the degree of forgiveness, there had no significant differences between different gen- ders. For the attitude towards forgiveness, it was significantly higher in female than that in male medical staffs. For the degree of re- venge ,it was significantly higher in medical staffs with working experiences of more than 10 years,and in staffs of department of pe- diatrics. And the factors of forgiveness were related with mental health. Conclusion The forgiveness of medical staffs was related with their occupational characteristics and their mental health. Countermeasures based on forgiveness cab be applied to improve the doctor-patient relationship and mental health of medical staffs.
