摘  要:文章对国内外医务人员的经济性薪酬激励机制和非经济性薪酬激励机制进行了综述,对实践经验和探索成果进行了汇总,并在此基础上提出了公立医院医务人员薪酬激励制度改革发展的对策建议。The status of economic and non-economic salary incentive mechanism of medical staffs at home and abroad was re- viewed. And its practical experiences and research results were summarized. Based on which, some countermeasures and suggestions of reform on salary incentive mechanism of medical staffs in public hospitals were put forward.
