摘　　要：目的:探索肺癌患者、正常人群以及良性肺病患者血清N-糖组图谱差异性表达,为寻找新的肺癌相关肿瘤标志物奠定基础。方法:收集105例肺癌患者、71例健康对照者以及43例良性肺病患者血清,采用DSA-FACE技术检测血清样本的N-糖组图谱。结果:(1)3组间有8个峰值差异存在显著性:与对照组相比,肺癌组peak1、5、9升高,Peak3、6、11降低(P<0.05)。与良性肺病组相比,肺癌组Peak5、9升高;Peak3、4、11降低(P<0.05)。(2)肺癌组中,不同的TNM分期、年龄及性别与N-糖链均具有一定的相关性。结论:肺癌患者血清N-糖组图谱具有特征性表达,其作为肺癌诊断标志物具有一定的诊断性能和潜在价值,还需进行大样本的深入研究。Objective To investigate the differential expression of serum N-glycan profiles in patients with lung cancer. Methods The serum was collected from 105 patients with lung cancer, 71 healthy control and 43 patients with benign lung disease. N-glyean profiling of serum was analyzed by DSA-FACE assay. Results （1）~ Significant differences were found in 8 peaks among three groups. Compared with the HC group, peakl,5,9,were higher and peak3,6,11 were lower in the LC group （P 〈 0.05）. Compared with the BLD group, peak 5,9 were higher and peak3,4,11 were lower in the LC group （P 〈 0.05）. （2） N-glyean was related with TNM stage, age and sex in the LC group. Conclusions The serum N-glyean profiles are specifically expressed in the LC patients, which have a certain diagnostic performance and has potential value as tumor markers for LC.
