摘　　要：小说《坠落的人》是由美国现代主义作家德里罗所著,德里罗通过对丽昂、弗洛伦斯以及妮娜三位女性形象的刻画,深刻地反映出"9·11"事件后男性在受到心理创伤而自甘放弃、心灰意冷的局面下女性所表现出来的坚强、勇敢,对待生活保持积极乐观的心态。从小说的人物形象塑造中不难看出新时代女性身上所具有的顽强精神以及对待命运不屈服的大无畏精神。The novel ＂The Falling Man＂ was written by American modernist writer De Lillo, De Lillo depicts the female images of Lyon, Florentine and Nina, which deeply reflect women＇s toughness and courage and maintain a positive and optimistic attitude towards life after the inciden ＂9 · 11＂ when due to psychological trauma men are willing to give up and are dispirited. It is not difficult to discern the indomitable spirit of the women in the new era and the dauntless spirit of treating the fate.
