废水生物处理法在制药业中的应用研究

摘　　要：本文以内蒙古开盛生物科技有限公司为例,研究制药过程中的废水处理与回收利用问题.在制药过程中产生大量的废水,其中含有多种有毒的有机化学物质,采用生物流化床处理技术,可使废水得到净化处理,高浓度的废水处理后都会达到预定的排放标准,经处理后的废水可进行直接排放处理或进行回收再利用,以达到节约能源的目的.In this paper,the wastewater treatment and recycling of wastewater treatment and recycling in Inner Mongolia was studied by using the technology of Kai Sheng Biological Technology Co.,Ltd.. A large number of waste water which contains many toxic organic chemicals can be purified treatment by biological fluidized bed treatment technology. High concentration of wastewater treatment will reach the predetermined emission standard,the treated wastewater can be directly discharged or recycled,in order to achieve the purpose of saving energy.
