摘  要:在某航改型燃气轮机燃烧室的基础上,通过重新设计双燃料喷嘴和燃料系统,实现燃用天然气和柴油两种燃料,同时采用向燃烧室内喷水的方式降低污染物排放。在燃烧试验台上完成了燃用柴油时的喷水降排放试验研究,试验结果表明:0.7~1.0状态下,向燃烧室内喷水时,燃烧效率、污染物排放、出口温度场品质能够满足设计指标要求。低状态下喷水对燃烧效率与稳定性影响较大,需严格限制喷水量。On the basis of an aero derivative gas turbine combustor, through the redesign of dual fuel nozzle and fuel system, burning natural gas and diesel oil fuel were realized, and pollutant emissions were reduced by water injection into the combustor. Experimental was studied on water injection when burning diesel oil fuel on the combustion test rig, results show that : under 0.7 - 1.0 relative power state, when water is injected into the combustor, combustion efficiency, pollutant emissions and outlet temperature profile can meet the design requirements. In the lower power state, the influence of water injection on combustion efficiency and stability is great, and the amount of water iniection should be strictlv limited.
