摘　　要：在实际的院校发展运行中，学生党建与学生工作存在一定的互动关系，并可以互相作用和影响。因此。本文在研究中主要以学生党建为重点，探究民办院校学生党建、工作相互关系，以此确保民办院校学生管理工作质量的提高。in the practical running of colleges and universities development, student party construction and students work has certain interactive relationship, and role and influence each other. Therefore, this article mainly focusing on the students＇ party construction in the study, to explore the private colleges and universities, the interaction between students＇ party construction and students work and ensure the quality of private colleges and universities student management work of ascension.
