九味饮联合叶酸片治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药九味饮联合叶酸片治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法将120例确诊为慢性萎缩性胃炎的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组60例给予中药九味饮150 mL,2次/d口服,叶酸片10 mg,2次/d服,疗程3个月;对照组60例给予胃复春片4片,3次/d口服,叶酸片10 mg,2次/d口服,疗程3个月。观察2组患者治疗前后临床症状、体征及病理表现改善情况。结果治疗组证候疗效、临床疗效及内镜疗效均明显高于对照组(P均<0.01)。结论九味饮联合叶酸片治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效显著,值得临床推广使用。Objective It is to observe the clinical curative effect of Jiuweiyin decoction combined with folic acid tablets on chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods One hundred and twenty patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group by random number table method, the treatment group （ n = 60） was given Jiuweiyin decoc- tion 150mL and folic acid tablets 10 mg twice per day by oral administration, the control group was given Weifuchun tablets 4 tablets three times per day by oral administration. Both groups were treated for 3 months. The curative effects were compared between the two groups. Results The syndrome curative effect, clinical curative curative and endoscope curative effect in treat- ment group were better than that in control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Jiuweiying decoction combined with folic acid tab- lets had good curative effect on chronic atrophic gastritis and is worthy of wide application in clinic.
